M\u00e4rkls Vertrag l\u00e4uft vorerst \u00fcber zwei Jahre.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Der 1959 in M\u00fcnchen geborene M\u00e4rkl studierte an der Musikhochschule Hannover Klavier, Violine und Orchesterleitung. Nach Engagements in Luzern, Bern und Darmstadt war er von 1991 bis 1994 GMD des Saarl\u00e4ndischen Staatstheaters Saarbr\u00fccken und zwischen 1994 und 2000 als Operndirektor und GMD am Nationaltheater Mannheim t\u00e4tig. Von 2005 bis 2011 war Jun M\u00e4rkl Directeur Musical des Orchestre national de Lyon, seit 2007 ist er Chefdirigent des MDR Sinfonieorchesters Leipzig. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Das Orquesta Sinf\u00f3nica de Euskadi ist das Nationale Orchester des spanischen Baskenlandes.
