Dabei wird sie auch eine Grossbritannien-Tournee mit dem Orchester absolvieren.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Das Dresdner Orchester muss ausserhalb seiner gewohnten Heimst\u00e4te agieren, die zur Zeit umgebaut wird. Neben Gabetta als Artist in Residence amtet in der kommenden Saision der Spanier Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda S\u00e1nchez-Verd\u00fa als Composer in Residence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Sol Gabetta hat 2004 den Credit Suisse Young Artist Award gewonnen. Im Februar 2006 beendete sie ihr Solistenstudium bei David Geringas in Berlin, nachdem sie zuvor bei Ivan Monighetti in Madrid und Basel studiert hatte. Seit Herbst 2005 hat Sol Gabetta eine Assistenz-Professur an der Musikhochschule Basel inne.
