Von diesem Ruf befreit sich der Anlass zusehends Mittlerweile pr\u00e4sentiert Jazz Ascona einen Querschnitt durch die aktuelle Musikszene von New Orelans. So waren unter der Leitung des k\u00fcnstlerischen Direktors Nicolas Gilliet heuer Musiker zu erleben wie Shannon Powell und Davell Crawford, die Trompeter Shamarr Allen und John Michael Bradford, aber auch Wendell Brunious, Barry Stephenson oder das australische Trio von Emma Pask.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Ein H\u00f6hepunkt war sicherlich der Auftritte der S\u00e4ngerin Dee Dee Bridgewater an der Seite Irvin Mayfield mit dem New Orleans Jazz Orchestra. Die 32. Auflage von Jazz Ascona findet vom 23. Juni bis am 2.
