Er folgt in dem Amt auf Stefan Solyom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\"><strong>06.07.2015 &#8212; Der ukrainische Dirigent Kirill Karabits wird ab der Spielzeit 2016\/17 Generalmusikdirektor und Chefdirigent des Deutschen Nationaltheaters und der Staatskapelle. Er folgt in dem Amt auf Stefan Solyom.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Karabits Weimarer Vertrag l\u00e4uft vorerst \u00fcber drie Jahre. In der ersten Saison wird er vier Sinfoniekonzerte sowie das Silvester- und Neujahrskonzert der Staatskapelle Weimar dirigieren. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\"><span class=\"text\">Kirill Karabits studierte Dirigieren und Komposition in Kiew an der Musikschule Lysenko und an der Tschaikowsky-Musikakademie sowie an der Hochschule f\u00fcr Musik in Wien. Als Gastdirigent arbeitete er schon fr\u00fch mit dem Orchestre Philharmonique de Strasbourg, dem Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France und dem Budapester Festival Orchester zusammen.
