Oramo ist seit 2008 in Stockholm engagiert. In der Saison 2015\/16 haben das RSPO und sein Chefdirigent eine Europa-Tournee mit Station unter anderem in Wien, K\u00f6ln und Hamburg unternommen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Oramo wurde 1998 Nachfolger von Simon Rattle als Chefdirigent des City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra (CBSO). Seit 2008 ist er dem CBSO nur noch als Gastdirigent verbunden.
