Das Ausbildungsprojekt f\u00fcr\u00a0junge Dirigentinnen und Dirigenten, das 2014 mit dem Dirigenten Neeme J\u00e4rvi\u00a0lanciert wurde, hat biher dreimal stattgefunden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Der 55-j\u00e4hrige Van Zweden\u00a0wird einerseits die Leitung der Conducting Academy \u00fcbernehmen und andererseits\u00a0j\u00e4hrlich zwei bis drei Programme mit dem Gstaad Festival Orchestra leiten. Im August\u00a02017\u00a0sind bereits Aufritte beim Schleswig Holstein Musikfestival geplant.
